With the 30% revenue share the facilitator is responsible for creating their eventbrite link. The 40% puts us in charge of creating your eventbrite link as well as any flyers for social media.

No. The Zula Den is fully carpeted. We make a strong effort to keep it clean. 

Yes, we require a 25% deposit to book if you are booking the flat rate. It becomes non-refundable 2 weeks before the event date. 75% balance due the day before the event. 

If you choose the revenue share, we require a $30 deposit to book. It becomes non-refundable 2 weeks before the event date. This is also the minimum revenue share option. So the venue’s share is either the percentages shown above or the minimum whichever is greater.

No, we solely take a percentage of ticket sales.

No. We provide a soundboard for you to utilize but not a sound engineer. It is the facilitators responsibility to have a sound engineer at their event if they choose to do so.
